CLIENT TERMS OF BUSINESS

Overview: 
All psychic sessions, healing work, life and business coaching sessions conducted by Anne Miles are designed to provide spiritual insight and guidance into an individual’s life on multiple levels of being. These sessions and insights do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice or treatment. By participating in a session, you acknowledge that Anne Miles does not diagnose illnesses or guarantee specific outcomes. Sessions are intended to support personal transitions through various life stages. Anne Miles is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from her work. By engaging in these services, you agree to the CLIENT TERMS OF BUSINESS to follow and confirm that your participation is voluntary. Your results are entirely your responsibility.

If a deviation to these terms is agreed in writing between the two parties, all other terms remain intact.  

Payment
Payment is required up front to secure your booking.

Your results, your responsibility
Coaching and spiritual guidance is provided based on the information provided at the time of the briefing and de-briefing. You are to use your own discretion and consider your own health and mental wellbeing. If in doubt seek counsel from a qualified psychologist or from your GP or health practitioner. Anne Miles holds no responsibility for your results. 

Money back guarantee
Note that the coaching and mentoring provided is intended to have at least one ‘usable insight’ that will drive your life forward. 

To get the results intended you need to act on the provided insights and use the tools provided. 

If you are unhappy with the reading for any reason please contact Anne to discuss options.

Postponement & rescheduling
Rescheduling is permitted with over 24 hours notice without cancellation by way of conversation with Anne, email time stamped, by text or other means. Rescheduling can be done no more than 3 times or it is deemed a full cancellation unless agreed by Anne in writing on a needs basis.

Note: A declined meeting invitation is not adequate notice and Anne must be advised in writing by email or text, as above, rescheduled for a new time/date or pending with Anne’s approval. 

Cancellation
If you no longer require a pre-paid booking in advance of 36 hours across working days, from the scheduled appointment a refund in full will be provided, with the exception where a full channel session has not taken place and therefore 50% is refundable. 

If you cancel within 24 hours of the booking you will forfeit all fees and they are non-refundable.

If your booking is for a 6 Point Lifestyle Blueprint (usually requires 5-7 hours work), 7 working days notice is required.

Not medical or health advice
Note that some of the channeled information may cover wellness topics but in no way is this intended to be health advice, diagnosis or to suggest any guarantees of healing. Always discuss this with your doctor. 

If you have a diagnosed mental health condition please advise before any life or spiritual coaching takes place. Anne may refuse any client where there is concern for mental wellbeing or self harm. Anne may have obligations to seek mental health interventions if suicide is a risk. 

Refusal of service
Anne may refuse any client for any reason and will provide a full refund if this occurs. Anne is not required to provide a reason. 

Note that conditions that may incur a refusal include the following:  

- if your soul origin is of a certain species
- if there is a walk in soul, or dual soul currently in possession of your body and it is not serving you and you are not willing to release it
- You are not a values fit
- If you have a negative attachment that cannot be cleared before work begins and is interfering in the work impacting accuracy
- You do not align with the way Anne works - see details of ‘How Anne Works’ on the website and in this document

Visitor comments (if activated) may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

If you register on this site for newsletter emails your information will be synchronised with a private CRM system managed by Anne Miles to activate future emails at your request. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Will your data be sold?
Absolutely not. Ever.
