Determine the big questions, goals and blocks 

A 45 minute session to talk through your mission and goals, work out what is in the way of that and what success looks like for you. This is not therapy - but for learnings and objective perspective to help you break barriers without getting emotion involved. 

Anne will share a worksheet to help you prepare for this session and to determine your priorities. 

Week 1

A deep channel for the big insights for transformation & a Q&A debrief session

Anne will undertake a deep channel for you and will receive messages from spirit for your highest good and the good of others. This is always powerful and insightful with details to help you in the key areas of life. Sometimes it can be a slap on the wrist from your spirit team too!

A 45 minute deep meditation privately, and a 45 min zoom debrief

Week 2

Coaching for outcomes and weekly accountability sessions

Each week Anne will meet up with you on Zoom for progress reports, questions for your next best move and any resources and tools you might need to help you keep moving forward. Forward motion is the essential requirement, no matter where you are. Your only obligation to this work is to move forward without excuses.

Each month Anne will do a follow up deep channel for deeper insights, or to target specific aspects of your life and business to keep you moving across all parts of your life. Anne Miles
