Beyond The Seen: Understanding the Process of Remote Viewing
Jun 27
Remote Viewing (RV) is a fascinating psychic technique that allows individuals to perceive details about distant or unseen targets using only their mind. Remote viewing can be used to see into the past, present and even the future potentialities lined up. With remote viewing there is no hiding in the quantum field. Everything that was ever created or even thought of exists in the unified field of consciousness that holds our entire cosmos together.
Developed and studied extensively during the Cold War, particularly under the U.S. government’s Stargate Project (1975–1995), remote viewing aimed to harness human consciousness as a tool for intelligence gathering. Though often met with scepticism, remote viewing remains a structured process with practical applications, a defined methodology, and important considerations for those wishing to develop this skill.Distance learning allows students to balance their other commitments more effectively, at least in cases they are adult learners, commuters, and part-time students. They don’t believe that they sacrifice a quality education for the convenience of utilizing distance learning. How does online learning work? Learning management systems (LMS) provide an accessible exchange of information between professors and students. Τhis way, students can view learning material at their leisure or even attend scheduled conferences or lectures.
What Is Remote Viewing?
Remote viewing is the ability to acquire information about a person, place, object, or event that is physically distant or hidden from the viewer’s ordinary senses. Unlike spontaneous psychic impressions or clairvoyance, remote viewing is a disciplined, protocol-driven process designed to minimize bias and maximize accuracy. The term was coined in the early 1970s by physicists Russell Targ and Harold Puthoff at Stanford Research Institute, who led pioneering experiments exploring psychic phenomena under controlled conditions.
At its core, remote viewing is based on the premise that consciousness is not confined to the brain or immediate environment but can access information non-locally, beyond the constraints of time and space. This concept aligns with emerging theories in quantum physics and consciousness studies, suggesting that the mind interacts with a universal information field.
Why Remote Viewing Is Useful
Remote viewing offers unique advantages in situations where physical access or traditional investigation is impossible, impractical, or dangerous. Historically, military and intelligence agencies hoped it could provide strategic insights into enemy installations, hidden weapons, or hostage locations. Beyond espionage, remote viewing can be applied to:
• Locating missing persons or objects
• Investigating cold cases or unsolved crimes
• Gaining insights into complex problems or future possibilities
• Enhancing intuitive decision-making in business or personal life
While the Stargate Project was eventually terminated but many practitioners and researchers believe that with proper training and protocols, remote viewing can yield valuable, verifiable information.
How to Practice Remote Viewing
Remote viewing is a skill that can be developed through disciplined practice and adherence to a structured protocol. Here is a simplified outline of the process:
1. Target Assignment
Consider a “target” or “coordinate” that corresponds to the area or place you’d like to view. This can be somewhere you have never been before, or as you advance it may be to observe yourself in other lives in other times too or to look back into your own past for learnings to heal traumas or to understand your experiences of others. Remote viewing is not limited just to crime fighting and war strategy but can direct us in our daily lives.
Crucially, the viewer should have no prior knowledge of the target. This helps to avoid conscious guessing or trying to force an answer. It is vital to be sure the message is incoming, rather than outgoing and created through conscious thought or forced visualisations.
2. Preparation and Relaxation
The best results come from the two key principles of (a) asking and (b) allowing.
Prepare first by writing down the specific request and the details of the target in mind. Include what it is you’d specifically like to learn or ask. This process of writing also fast tracks the activation of your spiritual technology in a way that the conscious mind cannot do.
It is good spiritual manners to ask your question or to identify the purpose of the process and be sure it is for either your highest good, the good of others or the good of all.
Many remote viewers don’t do this preparation, but in my experience it results in more accuracy and faster connection with a single-minded outcome with ethics. Keep to one single request or target in each session, but you could include one clarifying question to ask once you receive the core piece of information or visual.
Find a comfortable place you cannot be disturbed and get yourself into an eyes closed meditative state. This must not to be practiced while driving or operating machinery! A quiet, distraction-free environment helps focus attention inward.
During this process, often referred to as a reading, it can help to have a note paper and pen for any observations. If you’re able to write with your eyes closed, that is! It will be messy but possible. An alternative would be to record yourself speaking about what you see, as you see it.
Begin by calming the mind through deep breathing, or other relaxation techniques that work for you including the use of music or binaural beats that help quieten noisy conscious thought – ideally without any vocals. Find the music that feels an energetic match to how you feel.
Be aware that the activities some call breathwork, chanting or even box breathing risks taxing your conscious mind and physical body and remaining noisy in your mind. This keeps your consciousness low and disconnected from the quantum field. We must not mistake relaxation or blood oxygenating processes as trance based spiritual connection for two-way communication, like remote viewing.
If there is a risk of falling asleep it is best to set a timer for the maximum length you feel comfortable with, leaving you time to get into the deepest state - just one step before sleep.
3. Engage your spirit team
Once in a relaxed state you can ask your question, related to the target, as if speaking in your mind. Be open to the answer or visual scene coming to you in its own time without forcing anything. It may take practice to receive something but don’t give up. Your spirit team will be working hard in the background to connect with you and need to learn your spiritual signature and get on the same frequency.
3. Travel with your consciousness to a higher frequency
When in a relaxed and meditative state, imagine a portal of light like a floating disk sitting out in front of you about 3 metres away. Imagine yourself stepping forward and standing on this disk. Then, imagine the disk lifting into the sky above your bed, above the room, above the building (or wherever you are), and keep travelling in your mind’s eye to a higher level up into space. Travel as high as your imagination will let you go. Everyone has a different level their consciousness can travel to, so don’t worry if it isn’t the same as anyone else’s.
This process allows your inner self or greater eternal self to travel to higher frequencies and be able to tap into the unified field of consciousness with purity and for the highest good. I call this getting in the stream – the stream of consciousness linking your physical self and the highest level of the unified quantum field we live in.
Once in a higher state of consciousness, just be open to sitting in the quiet and the darkness of your mind for as long as it takes. Don’t rush anything. Allow your closed eyes to lift to the top of your head as if looking up under your eye socket. This turns off the function of your eyes, to open the unique type of consciousness involved here.
Think of the 3D effect known as ‘Magic Eye’ invented by contributors: Bela Julesz (random dot stereograms, 1959), Christopher Tyler (random-dot auto stereograms, 1979), Tom Baccei and Cheri Smith (Magic Eye, 1991). These images created 3D perception from a single 2D image using binocular disparity and controlled eye focus to see an image that was otherwise not seen. This is a similar process. The moment you move your eye position and look directly at the image it disappears. Don’t look directly at anything that comes to you in remote viewing, or it is likely to disappear similarly.
3. Initial Impressions
Intentionally connect into your heart in an open and receptive way, keeping out any fears, doubt, rumination or self-judgement. Be prepared to receive information and put aside the temptation to use your imagination, visualisation techniques or to drive for certain outcomes.
Just sit with a totally empty mind and wait as long as it takes for something to come in, without assessing, anticipating or judging. Have awareness for any spontaneous sensory impressions - visual images, sounds, smells, textures, emotions, or even tastes that arise in response to the target. These impressions should be noted without judgment or analysis, keeping your mind silent and nonjudgemental.
Some of the information coming to you may be very fleeting so be sure to capture anything, even if a quick flash. In a process I call thought osmosis the full meaning and understanding of what you’ve seen can be delivered in this split second. Don’t discount anything you see, think, feel or just know during this process. It is likely the very instant thought that you do not have time to prepare with your conscious mind is the key message, uniquely delivered from this unified field. Conscious thought and questioning has a long delay by comparison.
If the images are coming too fast you can also ask for the information to slow down or to change the way you receive the information by asking. Whether you believe it or not, your spirit team in the unseen realms are working hard to transmit this information to you using the scientific structure of these realms. Over time you can train each other on how to communicate these experiences.
4. Detailed Description
Over time, the viewer can elaborate on these impressions, describing shapes, colours, spatial relationships, and other physical or contextual details as if living in the position of the target in a two-way conversation of sorts and to move around to capture wider details and experiences within the target.
5. Session Documentation
All impressions and descriptions, sketches or diagrams may be used to capture visual data that you received. Avoid speculation and focus on raw data. What you see may be from the past, present or what is in the quantum field as the most likely outcome in the future, depending on the specific target identified.
6. Feedback and Validation
After the remote viewing session, it is essential for the viewer to receive feedback about the actual target. This step allows the viewer to compare their impressions with reality, helping to refine their skills and increase accuracy over time. Feedback helps distinguish genuine psychic information from mental noise or guesswork. In formal remote viewing protocols, this validation phase is carefully controlled to prevent bias or influence on future sessions.
What to Watch Out For
Remote viewing requires discipline and awareness of potential pitfalls that can affect the quality and reliability of the information received:
Avoiding Bias: Preconceived notions or desires about the target can unconsciously influence impressions. Viewers must approach each session with an open, neutral mindset to prevent contamination of data.
Mental Noise: Random thoughts, memories, or imagination can intrude during a session. Learning to recognize and filter out these distractions is crucial for accurate remote viewing.
Emotional Interference: Strong emotions such as anxiety, excitement, or frustration can cloud perception. Maintaining calm and emotional balance helps keep impressions clear and focused.
Scepticism and Doubt: While healthy scepticism is important, excessive doubt or self-criticism can block intuitive insights. Confidence built through practice and constructive feedback supports better results.
Over-Interpretation: Trying to force meaning onto vague or ambiguous impressions often leads to errors. Patience and restraint in reporting only what is clearly perceived improve the quality of information.
Ethical Considerations: Remote viewing should respect privacy and consent, especially when targeting individuals or sensitive subjects. Ethical practice ensures the technique is used responsibly and respectfully.
Manage your own mental health: Sometimes the images and lernings received can be violent, graphic or even traumatic if you’re not ready for them. You can ask your spirit team to help you see the answers as symbolism or conceptual, rather than in explicit detail if that helps you manage the potential for comfortable viewing.
Ascertain Past, Present or Future: It is important that you are clear on the time period you are aiming to dial into. The past and present are essentially the same type of consciousness. By the time you realise you are in the present it has already become the past. The present is really like one single frame in a feature length film constantly moving to the next one. The past is fixed in reality, and unchangeable in the unified field some call the Akashic Records.
The future however is not yet concrete and can be changed in an instant depending on our free will, decisions and actions we take or influences of others or the collective. Be mindful of this as you remote view. Sometimes the future holds multiple potentialities with decisions and actions impacting what is drawn down as the desired (or undesirable) outcome and isn’t set in stone.

Be mindful of this as you remote view. Trouble Shooting:
• Asking good questions is key to a successful reading. Be very specific and avoid being too general or multifaceted questions. Ensure you only have one question, and one clarifying question prepared ahead. Be sure it is open, rather than having simple yes or no responses. Eg. Show me this [particular] place in [time period] so I can learn [xyz].
• Always have good intention and respect other people’s spiritual privacy. Violating another’s spiritual self can be harmful and breaching their privacy. Unless you have express consent, or it is for the good of all, you may not be permitted to access certain information or if you do it is a spiritual breach of ethics.
• You may need a little light in the room you are in, for effective viewing. Complete darkness can generate images in your mind that are more like dreaming or memories rather than allowing in an authentic remote view. I can’t say there’s any science to support this, but personal experience through trial and error.
• If you have trouble getting a connection it may be due to your physical wellbeing. You do need to have a clean operating system with clean diet, plenty of water, keeping fit and no substances lingering in your system.
• You may need to write some instructions to your spirit team about how to communicate with you to get the best signal, the ideal length of time for the information coming in or the type of information being communicated. If you’re more visual, you may prefer to see rather than to hear or know things. If you don’t want to see something too graphic, ask for modifications. Just ask.
• Having a noisy mind and particularly any doubt is the biggest impact on successful remote viewing. If you have problems with rumination or talk too much in your mind, try using binaural beats designed with two different frequencies of music in your ears which can disarm this part of your mind to keep silent and empty ready for communication.
• The future is not fixed: The most likely outcome of the future potentialities will come down into this reality to the physical here and now, and can be the potentiality with the heaviest density - rather than your most desirable outcome. There is time to make decisions and actions to impact this potential. As a law enforcement practice it is possible to see the most likely criminal activity planned ahead and to intervene in time to prevent it for example.
• Anyone interested in developing this ability should approach it with patience, discipline, and an open mind, balancing scepticism with curiosity to see for yourself. You don’t need to believe in it to experience it, just as gravity doesn’t require belief to operate. Doubt, however, will prevent you being able to remote view or you won’t recognise the information as valid.
• Do what you can to validate what you see using real world evidence and investigations, including using good sense if you are making decisions based on the reading.
• If you don’t connect with spirit regularly enough, be prepared that they may rush to communicate with you and it could flood with important messages before the remote viewing begins. Best to have regular meditations and practice so you give them a chance to support you and be single minded for the particular reading you want.
Remote viewing stands at the fascinating crossroads of consciousness exploration and practical application and even has the potential to redefine religion and science. While it remains controversial and scientifically debated, its structured methodology and historical use in intelligence work demonstrate that it is more than mere intuition or guesswork.
As research into consciousness and quantum information continues to evolve, remote viewing is likely to reveal deeper insights into the nature of reality and human potential, offering a unique tool for accessing hidden knowledge beyond the limits of our physical senses.
Once you see how powerful remote viewing is, you will understand how criminals cannot hide from their dirty deeds. Imagine a world where every police detective could do this work for themselves and be armed to solve more crimes!
