For a long time, the idea of prayer, of connecting with something beyond the tangible, felt like a flashback to religious ideas that I had completely rejected as I became an adult. I was firmly planted in the camp of science, logic, and reason. I came to the belief that we are here in this lifetime in a physical body with a finite end as a reaction to the things about religion and the way I found people who define themselves as 'good Christians' were being unloving, instilling fear (unwarranted), creating wars and judging everyone as inferior. The traditional concept of religion felt outdated, even restrictive. I was one of those people who had rejected it all...until purple flames appeared.

It wasn't some metaphorical fire, but a very real, visual experience that shook the foundations of my understanding. It led me to a path of exploration, questioning everything I thought I knew.

What I've come to realise is that rejecting religion wholesale can be like throwing the baby out with the bathwater. We've dismissed the idea of god and prayer, and in doing so, potentially shut ourselves off from a powerful consciousness technology, one that has a very real effect on our lives.

Consciousness Technology:
Think about gravity for a moment. We understand it, use it, and are affected by it whether we believe in it or not. Similarly, while the bible and the concept of deity worship might be seen as a man-made software program, the underlying source code – the fundamental geometry of our reality – exists beyond that. It's a technology, just like gravity, woven into the fabric of existence.

Atheism Is A Religion:
Atheism, in a way, can be just as much of a software program as religion or science. Each one is a lens through which we try to understand the world. The source of truth is consistent across all of them, acting as the code within our reality. They are different translations, incomplete on their own. Like a single leaf on a tree – it's part of the whole, but it's not all there is.

Spirituality And Science:

The double-slit experiment, where observation affects the behaviour of particles, hints at the power of our own consciousness to shape our reality, the thought universe.

And prayer? It's a way to tap into that technology. It's about aligning ourselves with the source code. It’s about remembering that the universal substance that holds us all together is not separate from us, but an intrinsic part of the universe, like gravity. Mathematician, Mark Fiorentino, and author of Master of Reality has completed the unfinished Unified Field Theory began by Einstein which reveals the Trefoil Knot is this particle of unity that holds everything together in the cosmos.

Proven Effects of Prayer:
The outcomes are tangible: studies have shown that prayer improves happiness. We can also become well, feel aligned with our authentic selves, and become the best humans we can be, and perhaps even live longer.

Exploring Prayer: More Than Just Words
Science is increasingly pointing towards the idea that consciousness isn't confined to our brains. Instead, our brain may act as a receiver, a transmission device like a TV, tuning into a field of consciousness that exists beyond our physical bodies.

Prayer, then, becomes a way to interact with that field. It's not just about reciting words; it's about intention, focus, and connection.

There are different types of prayer:

I've been shown now through my explorations that there are different types of prayers that we need, and you will note that none of this is about praising some kind of deity:

1. Commands: Setting intentions and directing energy towards a specific outcome.
2. Guidance: Seeking clarity and wisdom from within.
3. Healing: Directing energy to restore balance and harmony.
4. Creation: From a first thought we automatically create our reality, but we can also create intentionally for certain purposes or corrections.
5. Protection: Creating a shield of positive energy to keep other energies away from us.
6. Observation: We can even dial into other frequencies to tap into the multiverse including seeing remote locations, observing another's perspective, reviewing something in the past or even to see what's lined up in the quantum field of potentiality.
7. Self-Actualisation: Aligning with your highest potential.
8. Supporting Others: Sending positive energy and intentions to others, always with the caveat of "without harm." I've come to learn that traditional prayer can cause harm to others even unintentionally by the most devout Christian in fact.

For those who don't believe in anything higher than our own internal sub-conscious mind - that's enough to be able to commence prayer and to connect better to your own self. I've learned that our body is a technology to tap into our subconscious levels of mind and to spirit on a fluid spectrum. Our conscious mind becomes a part of the consciousness technology to drive the bus, so to speak, and tap into our unconscious parts of ourselves and the higher fields of consciousness. They are not separate from each other. Regardless where you believe the mind stops and starts does not matter in order to have effective prayer. Just begin.

So, how do we begin? Here are some steps:

a. Contemplation: Take time for quiet reflection, asking yourself questions and observing your thoughts and feelings. Listen to the insights and help make decisions based on what lights you up and feels right for you.

b. Activate Your Heart: Bring your attention to your heart centre. Generate feelings of love, gratitude, or compassion. Do this as often as you can.

c. Listen to Your Gut: Pay attention to your intuition. It often speaks in subtle feelings and hunches. Be discerning, as our unconscious bias and our fears live here too so really dig deep to see what your source of emotions and motivations are.

d. Energy Balancing and Healing: Explore techniques like Reiki, Qi Gong, or other forms of energy work to clear blockages and restore flow. Just be open to the idea and see what comes of it for yourself.

e. Frequency Shifts: Explore limiting beliefs and patterns that have been handed down for generations or have been coded into your subconscious mind. These are the unseen impacts on much of your health and wellbeing.

f. Meditation: Engage in regular meditation to quiet the mind and connect with your inner wisdom. For the beginners, doing any kind of relaxation practices is a good idea and that can include basic meditation or breath-work. These are generally useful for balancing energy, oxygenating your system and moving things around but they are unlikely to provide any connection to your higher self and beyond. Once you feel comfortable, you can also engage in two-way conversations with your higher self right up to the highest source of the universe. Check out my course on ModernPrayer for this type of communication.

Tapping Into the Technology
The beauty of tapping into our consciousness technology is that you don't need to understand the intricacies of the process for it to work. You can tap into your subconscious, your higher self, and your gut instincts without worrying about anything greater.

Neuroscience shows that we create more of what we focus on. It’s like driving at night – wherever our headlights are pointed, that’s what we see. Even if we're thinking "I don't want this," focusing on it still amplifies it.

Our physical world is composed of multiple frequencies, like a propeller spinning so fast it appears as a solid disc. We can learn to consciously adjust our own frequency to align with what we desire. This could mean Junk DNA activation. Spiritual science, including frequency alignment, plays a crucial role in this process, allowing us to harmonise the body's consciousness with our higher self.

The Big Goal:
Ultimately, it's about aligning with joy, being your authentic self, and cultivating unconditional love. The truth isn't found in external deities, but within. Knowledge will save you, not deities.

We don’t need to believe in anything to start, we just need to not doubt. Be skeptical, but don't be completely closed off. Otherwise, you risk becoming as trapped in your own rigid disbelief as those who blindly adhere to religious dogma.

Exploring the Spectrum
Think of prayer as a consciousness technology on a spectrum. On one end, you have your conscious awareness. From there, you can connect with your subconscious and, potentially, your higher self. Even that alone can be transformative.

You don't need to believe in a higher power for this technology to work. However, it’s important to acknowledge that our beliefs shape our reality in this thought universe. So, it's worth asking: Are your beliefs working for you?

Is It All About Enlightenment At The End?

ModernPrayer, as I see it, isn't about being a "good" person in the traditional sense, or adhering to a specific set of values. You don't earn becoming enlightened - it is an automatic process once you can see that we are a spiritual technology and open up the resources within you. It isn't a place you earn through belief or worthiness. It's about frequency and the heart-activated technology within us.

What If I Believe We End Up In The Earth And That's The End?
There are stories of Near-Death Experiences (NDEs) where people find themselves in environments that reflect their beliefs. For example, someone who believes that death means returning to the earth might find themselves in dark soil until they consciously choose to leave. I've heard interviews with many NDE survivors and a graphic description of being stuck in the black soil, surrounded by darkness and that musty smell of soil was their experience of dying. This aligns very much with some atheists' belief of their after-life. Those of us who can communicate with the higher realms of frequency would love to add to this to remind you that this isn't really the end, but a transition that aligns with our beliefs. Once realising that consciousness continues beyond our physical body's lifetime we can go anywhere we choose by free will. Don't worry - you eventually will figure it out.

A Final Word For Atheists:

Be open, even if you're skeptical. Prove this for yourself. Let go of the fixed ideas in your mind at the very least and be open to the potential of our reality being way more scientific than our religious indoctrinations lead us to think.

If you're interested in the science behind all of this, check out the resources on my website (theartofalchemy.au) for lots of nerdy details.

Remember, the frequency of unconditional love is open to everyone, regardless of belief. Tune into this resonance, connecting with the Earth at the very least, and you'll automatically be guided to do what needs to be done, even in realms you can't see or even believe in.
